After experiencing burn out after 10 years in childcare I decided to become yoga teacher through Denver Yoga Underground. It was a great experience. Once I experienced the benefits of yoga, the healing and peace it brought me. . . . I had to share with others. Then I kept learning and exploring all ways holistically to bring healthy healing options to everybody that doesn't include a Rx from a doctor. The human body is an amazing gift and works in wonderous ways to heal itself if given the right tools and time.

Our Family Story
My husband Jason and I were born and raised in Colorado. After getting tired of the city, we felt something was missing. We packed up our 3 kiddos Aspen (14), Autumn (12) and River (3) and decided to go on a road trip. We ended up in Nebraska and loved it the more we drove through. Finally we stopped and found a new townand new house to call home! Bertrand! We were blessed to have found this little gem tucked in central Nebraska. We love it here and are so excited to see what plans the Lord has for us and this amazing community.
